The Chairman Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the mobile game The Chairman (Turkish title:
Kulüp Başkanı; Android package com.godugames.thechairman), available on
Google Play and the Apple App Store. The app is developed and published by
Astrotech Innovations (“Astrotech Innovations”, “we”, “us”).
Who we are
Astrotech Innovations is the developer of The Chairman as listed on Google Play and the App Store, and is the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at godudevelopment@gmail.com.
This policy explains what data The Chairman collects, why it collects it, and what rights you have over that data. By using the game you accept this policy.
You can play without an account
You can play the game without signing in. In that case your progress stays on your device only and no personal data is sent to our servers. The account data below is collected only if you choose to sign in with Google or Apple.
Data we collect

Your settings, save file, game history and achievements are stored on your device only and are never sent to our servers.
Data we do not collect
- Location
- Contacts, photos or other files on your device
- Advertising identifier (IDFA) — the app contains no ads and no ad tracking
- Payment card details — all payments are handled entirely by Google Play or the App Store
Sign in with Apple and Hide My Email
If you use "Hide My Email" when signing in with Apple, we receive an Apple-generated relay address instead of your real one. We never see your actual email address.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data is processed only by the infrastructure providers we use to run the service: Google Firebase (authentication, database, analytics), Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, Google Play (including Google Play Billing) and the Apple App Store. These services process data under their own privacy policies.
When you submit a score to the global leaderboard, your name and profile photo become visible to other players. Taking part in the leaderboard is optional.
Retention
Your account and game data are kept until you delete your account. On deletion your data is removed; only records we are legally required to keep for compliance, security or financial reasons, and purchase records managed by Google Play or the App Store, may be retained.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data. You can delete your account from inside the game: Settings → Delete Account. See the account deletion page for details.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If we become aware of such data, we delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Updates are published on this page and the date at the top is revised.
