Common questions
I lost my progress
Progress is stored on your device. If you signed in with Google or Apple, your diamonds and unlocked characters are tied to your account and return when you sign in again. If you did not sign in, progress stays on that device only.
My purchased diamonds did not arrive
They may be delayed by connection issues. Close and reopen the app; if the problem persists, send us the purchase date and your order number (Google Play order ID starting with “GPA.”, or your App Store receipt / order ID).
I cannot unlock a character
Unlocking requires you to be signed in and to have enough diamonds. Each character has its own price, shown on the character card.
I want to delete my account
Go to Settings → Delete Account in the game. See the account deletion page for details.
